Tiger Woods is back on the course for a second time Saturday for the third round of the 100th PGA Championship, golf’s final major of the season.
98 of the top 100 players in the world were at Bellerive Country Club this week, making this week’s tournament one of the most competitive events of the season. While Brooks Koepka (U.S. Open) and Francisco Molinari (Open Championship) are eyeing their second major titles of the year, Jordan Spieth looks to finally complete his career grand slam.
After 4-under his second round, Woods tees off at 1:21 p.m. ET alongside Webb Simpson and Stewart Cink. Follow Woods’ third round shot-by-shot.
Hole 14 – Par 4
Iron. Twirl. Fairway. His approach is b-e-a-utiful and comes to rest 8 feet short of the cup. Once again he loses it left for birdie and taps in for par. Missed opportunity there, especially with what Brooks Koepka is doing. 4-under thru 14 (8-under for the tournament).
Leaderboard update: Brooks Koepka has the outright lead at 12-under par, followed by Gary Woodland at 11-under, Rickie Fowler at 10-under and Adam Scott and Kevin Kisner at 9-under.
