After more than a year away from fighting, Ronda Rousey is back and ready to regain her title after losing it in an upset to Holly Holm at UFC 193.
While the lead-up to Rousey’s highly anticipated return has been relatively quiet thanks to her unprecedented decision to shut out sports media, Rousey’s bout against current women’s bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes doesn’t need any extra drama to attract eyeballs. This is a fight even peripheral fight fans want to see because Nunes likely isn’t going to be a walkover.
